Santa Barbara County Mask Network

This post is also available in: Español (Spanish)

We support Santa Barbara sewing entrepreneurs. Their expertise helps us meet the goal of face coverings for all 450,000 County citizens. Their work in response to this crisis also supports local businesses, their families and communities. For those in a financial position to purchase face covers from local entrepreneurs, our Mask Marketplace makes it as easy as possible to locate where to purchase face covers from local businesses.

Organizations serving essential workers and at risk populations can request masks here.

Others can visit our Mask Marketplace to purchase masks.

To Buy: this Marketplace (shared spreadsheet) lists masks for sale by local sewists. To Sell: Mask makers may sign up for a free listing here, and may provide inventory updates through the same form.

The SB County Mask Network does not recommend or endorse the masks listed here. We do not inspect products, and offer these listings to help consumers find local mask makers. We recommend buyers to learn best mask materials and designs. Buyer beware.

The mission of the Santa Barbara County Mask Network is to provide community information and support with cloth face coverings

  • to assist a dynamic community of cloth mask makers with resources and logistical support
  • to help direct masks to essential workers and community members
  • to help protect the community from the spread of COVID-19
  • to engage the community in a shared effort to protect and support each other in a time of unprecedented need

The Santa Barbara County Mask Network assists local government, non-profits, community groups, and volunteers to protect community members and fight the spread of the coronavirus, with face covering information and resources, as we all learn how to live in a world where masks are a way of life.
